Four Words to Know
Everything below is just these four ideas, combined.

Milligrams. How much actual peptide powder is sitting in the vial — the amount of "stuff."
mL
Milliliters. How much liquid — the bacteriostatic water — you add to that powder.
Concentration
How strong the resulting mix is: how much medicine ends up in each drop of water.
Units
The small markings on a U-100 insulin syringe. 100 units = 1 mL, always.
The whole secret: when you mix powder into water, the medicine doesn't disappear — it just spreads out. Same amount of "stuff," more or less room to move in. That's the entire subject.
For a single vial holding more than one peptide — like a KLOW or GLOW blend, or your own BPC-157 + TB-500 mix. Add each peptide's total mg in the vial, set the shared water volume, then dial in a draw amount to see what dose of each peptide comes out at that draw.
For peptides taken as a nasal spray instead of an injection — some people use this route for things like PT-141 or Melanotan. Same underlying math, different delivery: instead of syringe units, you're counting sprays.
Most standard nasal spray pumps deliver about 0.1 mL (100 microliters) per spray — check your specific pump if you know it.
